Prescription Medications
State and federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after they have been dispensed by the pharmacy. Once your payment has been processed and your prescription order has been shipped or dispensed, all sales are final.
MyFastRx does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes or results. Because each patient responds differently, refunds are not provided due to dissatisfaction with treatment results alone.
Before your order ships, you may log in to your MyFastRx account to update your address, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

Lost or Delayed Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, MyFastRx will work with the carrier, including USPS, FedEx, UPS, or others, to help investigate and resolve the issue.
If appropriate, we may review the situation and determine whether a reshipment is warranted.
